Keri is probably the most knowledgeable person in real estate there is! She knows about all aspects of buying, selling, negotiations, and all the crazy behind the scenes paperwork that goes into a transaction. She’s always available to answer questions and is super reliable. Keri is a very unique and fantastic realtor in the Billings, MT area. During the search for a house in Billings, MT, Keri was prompt, knowledgeable, and patient when it came to reviewing and showing homes. I cannot think of a finer real estate agent that has your back in these large transactions. Keri will be candid with the assessment of whether a house is worth the money to help ease a persons' hesitance and reservations when it comes time to commit. When I had family issues when I bought the house, that Keri subsequently helped sell, I was going through a rough time after my Mom passed and Keri did what she could do to work with me with regards to closing and travel between MT and ND. You don't find people too often like Keri, she is truly special. When it came time to sell the house, Kerry was there every step of the way to help manage and keep me informed how the process was advancing. This was important because I moved back to ND to be closer to family and was under a time crunch. It is hard to be on the other side of the US trying to look at homes. Keri was amazing and helped us along the way. We looked at homes and toured them through FaceTime with her. She made sure we saw every single detail all the way to the smell!! When we called her and told her the days we were flying in, she made sure that she was available for us. We had a marathon of looking at homes. This is how we found our home in Billings. She has been a blessing. Being so far away, so has been available to let inspectors in, cleaners, etc. we would give her a “100” if we could. Thank you Keri for working with us to help us find our home!!!
